penunggu bas


Huh...jadi student metalurgi ni memang best la., dari sem 1 lagi kami kena berjalan jauh menaiki 'yellow buses' untuk ke Tman Muhibbah, tempat kami melakukan 'lab' kami. Dah la jauh satu hal, nak tunggu 'yellow buses' pun satu hal. Tiap2 minggu kami terpaksa menjadi penungggu ditepi jalan.....

Bak kata pepatah 'jauh pejalanan luas pengalaman', itulah yg kami rasai dan itulah yg kami

Inilah ahli kumpulan yang aku pun tak tau pasal apa boleh jadi macam ni. Merekalah pelajar metalurgi yg 'best skali'.

Salam semua. Setelah berpenat lelah kami bekerja keras, akhirnya sampai juga tarikh keramat yg tidak ditunggu2. Cuak jugak la rasanya kerana kami rasa kami ada banyak benda yg masih belum sempurna lagi. Ketidaksempurnaan memang satu perkara yg amat mengganggukan tetapi kami amat berharap 'report' yg telah kami sediakan ini dapat memikat hati para 'lecturers'.Sekian sahaja daripada saya, terima kasih.

The objectives of this report is to explore the usage of Micro Hardness Testers and understand the machine well. Second is to show the important of material hardness testing using the micro hardness testers. Lastly is to show the application of ICT in the Micro Hardness Testers, how it related and why must have the application.

about my report




Micro Vickers hardness tester is a piece of equipment that is indispensable to metallographic research, product quality control, and the development of product certification materials.For this type of work, it is important to be able to measure the hardness of small parts and metallic structures used in precision equipment, processed surface layers, metal plating layers, etc. This type of measurement must be performed on a limited small area with small damage to the area being measured, and must yield extremely reliable results.Our range of low load and micro hardness testers ( Vickers or Knoop) have been designed to meet these demanding conditions, providing outstanding performance with ease of use and user friendly design.

  • Load range: HV 0,05-HV 30 according to ASTM-DIN-EN-ISO standards
  • Test load applied via closed-loop control circuit with load cell
  • Integrated CCD camera displays the indentation on PC monitor
  • Automatic lens focussing
  • Diagonals measured by measuring lines on the monitor or by fully automatic image evaluation (optional)

tugasan kami (sambungan)

Kami memilih tajuk 'Micro Hardness Testers Machine'sebagai tajuk tugasan kami kerana ianya berkaitan dengan jurusan kami dan ianya sesuai dengan kehendak soalan. Walaupun kami mengalami banyak kesulitan dalam proses mencari maklumat berkaitan mesin ini, tetapi kami tetap kekal dengan tajuk ini. Rancangan kami adalah mencari maklumat dalam 3 minggu pertama dan selebihnya kami akan siapkan kerja menulis. Cabaran yang paling susah bagi kami ialah menulis kertas kerja kami dalam bentuk 'APA Citation'. Pada mulanya kami tersilap format dan malangnya kami terpaksa membuat semula kertas kerja kami dengan betul. Hahaha...padan muka kami.....

tugasan kami

Pelajar yang mengambil subjek DQT122 INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SKILLS telah diberi satu tugasan berkumpulan yang bertajuk 'ICT APPLICATION IN ENGINEERING EDUCATION'. Tugasan ini memang memeningkan kepala otak dan memenatkan kepala lutut. Satu kumpulan terdiri daripada 4 orang mengikut jurusan masing2. Kumpulan aku dianggotai oleh AHMAD HAMIDI BIN MOHD ZAIN(ketua, ketua kepada segalanya ni), MUHAMMAD SYAFIQ BIN MOHD NOOR(best student ni), SHADFIKZE BIN SHAMSUDIN(star dalam kelas ni), dan aku. Rancang nak buat dengan cepat tetapi atas sebab2 tertentu minit2 akhir baru boleh siap kertas kerja kami ni. Mujur ada bantuan yang tidak dijangka, kalau tidak tiga helai kertas jelah kami hantar. Tugasan ini memerlukan kami menghasilkan satu kertas kerja yang menerangkan kepentingan ICT dalam bidang kejuruteraan, terutamanya dalam jurusan masing2 dan kami perlu mencari kebanyakkan maklumat menggunakan EBSCOhost, salah satu perkhidmatan yang diberikan dalam laman web UniMAP. Huh...memang memeningkan kepala dan memenatkan kepala lutut, harap2 la kami berjaya.....
